Hawke’s Bay Rapid 2025
Format: 6 round Swiss, comprising three separate tournaments: A (open), B (below 1800) and Junior (under 20 years of age and under 1200). The time control for each tournament is 25 minutes with 5 seconds increment starting from move 1. Games will be NZCF and FIDE rated where possible.
Date and time: Saturday 8th February from 9am to 5:30pm
Venue: Greenmeadows East Community Hall, 83 Tait Drive, Taradale, Napier.
Schedule: Doors open from 8am. The players meeting is at 9am with Round 1 starting at 9:30am. Prizegiving will be as soon as possible after the last game finishes (approximately 5:30pm).
