World Cadet Rapid & Blitz Championships 2024

Registration fee is EUR 120 for players and accompanying persons (e.g. parents, coaches etc.). Players must also pay a FIDE fee of EUR 70. These will be paid by NZCF (along with hotel costs) and invoiced afterwards once the exchange rate is known.

Visa requirement list – please check to see if you or your child needs a visa to travel to Albania. Note that NZ passport holders do not require a visa.

Players must be accompanied by an adult (usually their parent, but can be their coach or another player’s parent).

To register, please fill out this form by 18 February 2024. Note that flight details are required as these are required for NZCF to register players and accompanying persons. As there are no official places for federations with free accommodation/registration, there will not be a selection process – just book flights and fill out the form.
