- The Canterbury Junior Chess Sunday Series are sponsored by chessventures (www.chessventures.co.nz)
- Venue - Canterbury Chess Club
- There are 5 rounds with a time control of 15 min + 5 sec/move for each player using chess clocks.
- Venue doors open at 12:30pm, players meeting is at 12:45pm and the first round starts at 1pm (approx.).
- Prizegiving will be after round 5 at approx. 4:30pm but may be a bit earlier if players finish quickly or a bit later if they use all their time in every round.
