Online Chess Lessons with GM Dejan Bojkov – 11 May to 15 June 2025

The NZCF is pleased to announce a 6 lecture series for New Zealand chess players by national open team coach, GM Dejan Bojkov.

These will take place on Sunday nights, with 1 hour lessons starting at 8pm – lessons will be via Zoom or equivalent.

These lessons are aimed at strong club level players ,1500-2100 ELO

 Lesson 1 Endgame: Strategy in the Rook Endgames – 11 May 8pm NZT

 Lesson  2 Complex endgame: Major pieces – 18 May 8pm NZT

 Lesson  3 Basic Middlegame Plans 25 May 8pm NZT

Lesson 4 Kingside Pawn Majority 1 June 8pm NZT

Lesson 5 Hanging Pawns 8 June 8pm NZT

 Lesson 6 Mutual Isolanis in the middlegame and in the endgame 15 June 8pm NZT

The cost for all 6 lessons is $100. Please complete this online form https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/86ztWeW6eR to sign up . You will then be invoiced for the course fee and sent the lesson links etc.

If you join after the 1st or 2nd sessions, you will be charged $20 per remaining session.
