Individual membership of the NZCF
The following is an extract from the NZCF Supplementary Bylaws
2.2. Individual Members
2.2.1. Individual Members may join:
2.2.1.1. For 1 month (1-month membership); or
2.2.1.2. For 1 year (1-year membership); or
2.2.1.3. For members of Club Members or Associate Members (Club Member membership), until the later of:
- 1 year from date of submission to NZCF by the Club Member or Associate Member; or
- 31 March of the following year
2.2.2. Membership Subscriptions:
2.2.2.1. 1-month membership – $5
2.2.2.2. 1-year membership – $25
2.2.2.3. 1-year Club Member membership – $20
2.2.3. Subscriptions in 2.2.2 are due when applying to join NZCF, and are payable prior to the start of the next month or year as applicable while remaining an Individual Member. NZCF will issue invoices or other written reminders to Individual Members at least 1 month prior to the expiry date of 1-year membership or Club Member membership. For Club Member membership, the relevant Club Member or Associate Member will also receive written notification e.g. invoices, reminders and/or a list of members.
2.2.4. An Individual Member’s membership category and expiry date are at the sole discretion of the Council.

Membership Subscriptions and Categories
2.1. Club Members and Associate Members
2.1.1. Membership subscriptions for Club Members and Associate Members will be for a calendar year. For the avoidance of doubt, new Club Members will be liable for the full subscription unless the Council decides otherwise.
2.1.2. NZCF will issue invoices in November of each year, to be payable by 20 December of the same year. Where no subscription is payable, this will be advised in writing.
2.1.3. Subscriptions will be calculated as the 1-year membership subscription in 2.2.2.2 as at 31 October of the relevant year, multiplied by 10, less the amount calculated in
2.1.4. Where this would reduce the subscription below $0, no subscription will be payable. 2.1.4. For each 1-year membership or Club Member membership of an Individual Member who is also a member of the Club or Associate Member by 31 October of the current year, the subscription in 2.1.1 will be reduced one-half of the 1-year membership subscription in 2.2.2.2.
